1. Are the tickets open-dated? Will they expire?

✅ Yes. All tickets are open-dated and do not expire.
Guests may contact us via WhatsApp to arrange their preferred date and session, subject to availability.

2. Can I get a refund after purchase?

❌ No refunds once payment is made.
However, tickets are transferable and rescheduling is allowed with advance notice, subject to availability.

3. What happens if the weather is bad?

For safety reasons, activities may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or sea conditions.
✅ Guests may reschedule to another available date.
❌ No refunds will be provided.

4. Do I need to book a date before purchasing?

✅ No. You may purchase first and arrange your preferred date later.

5. Is boat transfer included?

✅ Yes. Boat transfer between Jetty Teluk Baru and the private island is included.

6. Is this activity suitable for children?

✅ Yes.
• Children below 4 years old participate free of charge (no seat / no activities).
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.

7️⃣ Are safety equipment provided?

✅ Yes.
Life jackets and basic safety equipment are provided for all participants.

8️⃣ Can I cancel or no-show?

❌ No refund for no-show.
✅ You may reschedule with advance notice (subject to availability).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All purchases are non-refundable.

  2. Tickets are open-dated and do not expire.

  3. Tickets are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice, subject to availability.

  5. Epic Jet Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to:

    • Modify activities

    • Reschedule sessions

    • Cancel activities due to weather, safety, or operational reasons

  6. No refunds will be issued due to weather, sea conditions, or force majeure events.

  7. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

  8. Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture.

  9. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

Participation Waiver & Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket and participating in any activities operated by Epic Jet Holidays Sdn. Bhd., you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Water and marine activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, sea conditions, equipment usage, and physical activity.

  2. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  3. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and do not have any medical conditions that may affect your safety.

  4. Epic Jet Holidays Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in the activities, except where required by law.

  5. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

  6. Safety instructions provided by staff must be followed at all times.

  7. Activities may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns without refund.
